How We Work
- You provide us with a few simple details about the property
you would
like to sell. You may do this by either filling out our online form,
or calling us directly on 079 324 50837
.
- We will assess the details, and then contact you in order to arrange a time to view
the property (we may not even need to view it).

We then present you with an offer, if you agree to go ahead, the purchase is made
and the funds could be in your account within 2-3 weeks. If you're experiencing
financial difficulties at the time we will even give you a partial pay-out on the day that contracts are exchanged.
- You recieve the cash from the sale and move on with your life, whether this means
renting your home back after the sale, or moving on to a new location.
We work according to your time scales and will progress with the sale at your pace.
For most people one month is ideal,however if you need a quick house sale
within a week or even a day, we can do that too.
Note: We do not charge commission like an estate agent
would. We also pay all legal costs on your behalf. Why end
